Tonight we discussed about the relationship with boss and manager.And also talked about that which kind of manager or leader are popular to the normal staffs.
there's two type of relationship with the manager or your leader."close" "not close" and there's advance factors for your work and the communication to your manager and boss.the disadvantage is that you can not directly ask the boss for increasing the salary or improvement .So whether to be close to the boss or manager , it will be a hard decision to be like that . i think many pepole many have different ideas. But if just wanna have a loosen working environment, you know you can get close to them and you will easily get their support on your work. But if you are going to ask the salary , i think you have to go over the feeling of being shy.
