now SSD (solid state disk),nearly it compatable with the PCMCIA of notebook ,65G for $500. And samsung is the first manufature publish this kind of disk.Now it has 18G and 65G 18" ssd,suit for umpc and notebook,laptop. and for 3.5' sata ssd ,it is now up to 256,and more.But for 2.5' ,it is just published recently,here is QPI 's products:

now the price is too high, lets wait for 2 or 3 years, it will the same as notebook, it is another battle for the digits manuafatures,and now after 360G sata hard disk , the express card ssd will be the new for every digit funs.the stable and the speed and the storage are the factors that all the users care about , so when a product comes out it should be shows the function and quanlity.
